A circular was issued by the National Housing Department on 7.7.2022 (as attached) confirming that Annual General Meeting (“AGM“), Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM“) as well as management committee meeting of Joint Management Body/Management Corporation/Sub-Management Corporation can no longer be conducted via online method. All such meetings ought to be conducted pursuant to the provisions under the Strata Management Act 2013.
